Talk to General Physician on Left Arm And Leg Feels Cold

I feel sometimes sudden chest pain along with left arm pain ( random sometimes in elbow or sometimes in hand) it's almost 10.50 pm My left arm and leg feels cold while my right arm and leg does not .I do take one tablet of Propranolol 10mg and 0.25 mg of Alprazolam every night however I never felt this coldness before. My ecgs are normal and I had Eco test in last November which was normal too .However I feel something is wrong with heart that doctors are not able to find please guide me I'm so afraid of heart attacks
