Left Flank Painful To Touch

Question

I have been having pain in my left flank(left lower back) for 1.5 years. It did not hurt much at the beginning but now it hurts a lot when I press this region or lie on my back. Below are the results of my ultrasound. Please suggest what should I do. Is there something I should be worried about?
