Doctor I have pain in my left hand not in full hand only shoulder ka necha wali jaga pa from 3 days and I’m going through postpartum depression too but if I do somwork from left hand like if I tie my hairs it increased

Are you diabetic?? Its a short duration . Maybe its muscular pain or you have not slept in proper position. You should take any pain killer for it. It will resolve and do excercises for it. You can see in youtube.shoulder excercises will be helpful

Then just take neubrol forte subha sham , and methycobal tab subha sham for 1 week then inform me . Khuttayee , lemon and beef dont let your healing process works fast and increazes pain

if u are a breastfeeding mom.. most probable reason for pain is due to low calcium and vit D levels.
it often happens in lactating moms.
please start taking calcitrion. it has good calcium and vit D levels in it.
and get ur Hb and vit D levels checked .

if both goes normal.. u need just physiotherapy.
plz avoid taking painkillers and un necessary medication,as u are lactating mom.
