Talk to General Physician on Left Lower Abdomen Pain
Asking for Brother, Male, 25 years old, Karachi
My brother RBC report is feels left lower abdomen pain and back pain any test for this I want to know which test is done to know kidney problem or function.. Plz help me plz soon plz
When he feels pain
Is there any pain during passing stools or in morning.
By which things pain aggregate
I can b referred pain but, u need to b sure is he hacing any pain during urination? Blood spots? Any history of piles? If not it might be just muscular pain.
Constipation there is the culprit.
Its probably constant constipation causing abdominal discomfort.
Advise him to take healthy food and if in stress/anxiety try to over come it.
Meanwhile schdule an appointmnt with physician.

get his urine RE , Renal function tests .and show to urologist
