Talk to General Physician on Left Lower Chest/ Upper Abdomen Pain

From 3 days uptill now I am feeling a pain sometimes dull sometimes sharp on left abdominal region, The situation gets worse at night even slightly breathing causes ache on skin movement. I can't identify what problem it is but I feel nauseating at night as well, I feel bloated on over all abdomen as well. The pains main area is my left lower chest and upper abdomen but the pain and stretch goes through the whole left body.. My left nose is also blocked. My left leg feels kinda slightly heavy and over all left muscle strain. My left jaw also feels slight sore.
