Did you develop this pain originated from head/forhead
Have you taken any medicine for this problems in last two days
have you checked temperature ?
well you can take tab Neubrol Fort and Tab Naproxen twice in a day
Add tab Motilium if you are feelin nausea
you should also take Cap Risek 20mg with medicine mentioned above for Gastric protection as Naproxen may cause gastric problem
