Also we still couldn't know what is reason my leg muscle power very low /weak/.

in view of your above history and present f complain you need to visit neurologist for detailed physical examination and Brain imaging.
Your liver profile and CK are evidently raised. Need further investigations.
Do you have family history of liver or neurological disorders?
plz see any Rheumatologist or Neurologist as soon as possible u need complete physical examination
