ALT is normal so not worried... bilirubin level will be normal in 2 to 4 weeks InshaAllah...no further investigation needed . treatment syp hepamerz 1 teaspoonful tds for 2 weeks.. avoid high fat containing diet aut meat..use plenty of water, juices,sotf diet,, fruit

your total bilirubin is raised while separate direct and indirect is not available there for do it again plus viral markers and cbc
