You need to be examined - Where is the pain is it in upper or lower abdomen ? Follow up on thyroid function tests as well as CBC FBG BUN Creatinine Electrolytes Uric Acid Lipid profile LFTs Urinalysis and Stool for h.pylori antigen.Probably dose adjustment of Thyroxine is required if all else is normal - Abdominal pain needs to be investigated if it’s in epigastrium u need to be tested for H.Pylori - later will b a good idea to do a ultrasound Abdomen,
