Dr, I have been facing the problem since few days, it's like having lightheadness with palpitations and when I take ensure the palpitation go off but the lightheadness still feels. AOA! I can see only CBC result which is perfectly fine . Vitamin B test result is not there so cannot comment although could be one of the reason . But we need to know your 1-blood pressure and 2/pulse rate especially when you feel palpitations .If you plan to do 3-vitamin B level , go for 4-thyroid function tests and 5- blood sugar too. Plz get back to us with the results and the BP readings so we can further guide and help you. Thanks
