hello dr .. my age 29 years .. i am a hypertensive patient since year 2014 .. now a days i have been taking covam 5/80 tblet nd my bp is undercontrol .. recently i was feeling some breathing problem so i thought of going for lipid profile test .. so i went for lipid profile test in december 2021 .. can anyone of u help me interpret its results and if the test is not normal than what i need to do ??
it's normal. Get a echocardiography done and complete blood count
low salt and low fat diet jese oily and outside food avoid kren as apka LDL thora high hai. and creatinine, urine DR, ECG karwayen. if chest pain and breathing issue then go for ETT

Breathing k sath Lipid profile ka koi link nhn hae... Waisay report theek hae... laikin is tarah ki reports karwanain ki zarorat nhn hoti...
