Take an appointment of a G P, he may decide to remain or excise it.

Keep observing the lipoma. if it is a cosmetic problem or causes problems like pain, numbness, skin colour change, increase in size or presence in other sites visit a general surgeon.
If no pain or no cosmetic issues not worry no treatment. Other wise surgery is solution. 042-32591427,
