Talk to General Physician on Liver ALT High

Assalam-o-alikum, I got covid positive at the start of september,2021 and got recovered from it ALHAMDULILLAH. I feel itchy in whole body including skull and excessive under arm sweating since post covid. I did my LFT test report few days ago,which is attached. Every thing is in normal range but ALT is higher i.e 91. I dont know is it due to coivd or due to the result that i have eaten too much hot things like dry fruits ,yakhni etc in covid ,please guide. i still feel itchy and sweating .
