Liver Problem & Jaundice

Question

I have been suffering from jaundice for almost 8 days and the real problem is whenever I eat something, I vomit and nothing is staying inside. Even water is hurting and not getting digested. I use (Ride, Onset and omeprazole) before meal and my doc is giving me hepa merth injection in 10% concentration drips. And following are my reports of CBC and LFT. Can anyone please guide what is the actual issue with my liver?

if hepatitis b and c are negative

Take syp hepamerz 5ml BD for 10 days and then repeat the liver function tests
