Talk to General Physician on Liver Shrunken

Aoa sir, mery father confusion jaisi state me hain (ajeeb ajeeb baty karty hain, chalty hoye disbalance hoty hain, mukamal apny hosh me nai hoty). I was treated, the doctor said his liver is shrunken and this confusion state is caused by his liver. sir kindly tell me what the exact problem he has and what kind of diet is good for his health.
