Talk to General Physician on Look Like Age More Than 41 And Still Unmarried

Hi doctors hope you are doing well, Actually em settled here in saudi arab since last 5 years Alhamdullilah having good job but due to some financial issues in my family I sacrifice n did work hard to settle everything n Alhamdullilah everything Is fine but the thing is I lost my health I m 31 year old single and look like em more than 40 years I have a belly fats and my skin is very rough and due to frustration n needs I mostly see porn which makes me more uncomfortable and some time I feel problem of euric acid 😔 I dont want to do that but em stuck due to some domestic issues I did not marry on time but please need your suggestions and guidance so I can recover my self my job is tough and my memory is also getting weak cant learn or concentrate on new things n ideas
