Assalamoalaikum, my daughter is almost 4 years old and she is suffering from lose motion and also vomit everything she eats since yesterday. She is also having fever. I have given her a dose of flagyl and panadol but still no improvement. Kindly recommend any antibiotic and for how many days. please reply urgently.
