My weight used to be in the range of 66 to 71 Kg. In January-2020 it was almost 67-Kg. But it dropped in last few months. I Checked it almost 2 months ago and it was 60-Kg. Now today at 7th August-2020 it is same 60-Kg. My height is 5'8". My appetite has been decreased in these months. I eat most times without appetite or with less appetite. I use salads and fruits too in good quantity. I had Hepatitis C from 2007. I got treatment in 2007 and It was clear. Then it relapsed after 2 to 3 years. I got again treatment with Sovaldi in 2016. And again it was clear. My Last HCV PCR test was done 3-Years and 8-Months ago at 30-11-2016 and it was clear. After that I am not following it by tests due financial and inflation problems. But I don't feel any symptoms other than Loss of Weight & appetite. What can be the reason behind loss of weight and appetite.

There may be number of causes for this . As per your history, few points are lacking such as any history of co-existing comorbids( diabetes or hypertension), conplications of liver disease, history of upper GI endoscopy? renal disease?

Get liver ultrasound and serum alphafetoprotein done.
You should get these tests done every 6 months.
if both are normal, then you need to book appointment to assess if other tests are needed to assess cause for wt loss.
