Talk to General Physician on Loss Of Sense In Corona

A friend's mother is covid postive from 12 days. Experiencing high fever from 3-4 days. She took stress of something and acted in that. Now she doesn't remember that. And is having confusions and is panicking. Asking if its day or night, who what has happened to me, did I fall or strange questions like that. Her family gave her sleeping pills but still she can't sleep. We called a doctor and he asked to check her bP which is high and he said to get PCR done. Can any doctor guide what is the issue. What should be done. What can be done to calm her down. Do they need to take her to Emergency or anything.
