I am 32 years old , and suffering from depression, anxiety and panic attacks since 17 years , in 2020 i was started treatment with medicine of sertralin 100 mg once a day which is still continue , and i am 80 recovered with help of said medicine now i want suggestion about my libido which was lost in 2014 before treatment of SSIR due to depression plz help me in this regards. Note i am also tried bupropion 300mg daily 3 months

this could be due to psychological problem and less probably hormonal problem so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

300 to 1000 mg/dl is normal range but your level is lower limit borderline so check your serum prolactin level too

visit a senior well experienced psychiatrist as in depression there is anhedonia and it should be cured probably. it's my advice that not to go for medicine and directly ask for ECT as antidepressants ruin your life. why? because they are not very successful to treat depression but ECT is very very successful

then consult with senior physician and get test done. also u wil need to change the medicine for depression as it causes this problem. improve ur diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more water. do some exercise and walk and become regular with prayers.
