Talk to General Physician on Lost Of Smell Sense And Taste Buds

2 days ago I had a mild to moderate flu with little cold feeling at night for only 1 day. I took Telfast 120mg on first night and slept. 2nd day I took 1 Panadol in afternoon and Panadol CF at night. Today I took Serbex Z in morning. Since afternoon I started feeling mild breathing problem with heavy chest feelings and at dinner I felt that I'm loosing my taste buds as it only appears for a little while and going away and not staying there for long. Now at this time of the night I have no sense of taste and very little of smell left. Is this CORONA...???? Should I be quarantine ? What medicines should I start immediately ? as I have no fever. Please guide.
please get your COVID PCR done first. till the results are back, please quarantine yourself at home. Get CBC, Chest X-ray, CRP level, D-Dimers and Ferritin level done

Thanks. oxygen saturation is 97-99. and temperature is also around 95-99.

thank you Doctor. I'm checking my pulse oxygen saturation and its coming 97-99. body temperature is also 96-99. only nostrils are blocked and breathing uncomfort.
