Asking For Self, Male 25, out of country

My valproate and prolactin levels were high due to medications that I was taking (mentioned ahead). My doctor has started to taper down my medications and that has brought my valproate and prolactin levels down. However, my last blood test report showed that I have a very low number of eosinophils. Can someone please explain why does this generally occur and is this something to be worried about?

The test was done fasting in the morning.

Patient details Age: 25, Male. History: Brief psychotic disorder diagnosed in January 2020, high blood pressure (was taking hydrochlorothiazide for 1 year but stopped on doctor's advice as BP was well under control).

Current medications:

Risperidone (0.25 mg) Gabapentin (600 mg) Topiramate (150 mg) Depakote (750 mg)

Test result in the past for absolute eosinophils:
6-30-20 : 83 cells /uL
9-14-20: 51 cells /uL
11-16-20: 28 cells /uL
1-12-21: 8 cells /uL
There has been a consistent downwards trend. I am worried if this is maybe an endocrinology issue. Please guide
