Talk to General Physician on Low Antibody Levels After Covid Vaccination

No vaccine is 100% effective. Sinopharm is roughly 95% effective . My father comes in that 5% lot that is in-effective. I didn’t ask regarding whether test should be done or not, as i told you that his antibodies are bare minimum so would this amount of antibody provide protection against covid?
