my cousin suffering low blood pressure since past 4 years symptoms like headlightness , less energy in body , trouble in breathing , increase heartbeat, weakness. in warm season usual happen . he had two surgeries of kidney stones in past. he is not taking any vitamin or mineral supplements due to kidney infection . CBC is attached plz suggest something beneficial.

Mean while start syp lysovit 1 tsf bd befor meal it will increase appetite cbc report seems normal
