Talk to General Physician on Low Blood Pressure, Low Sugar

My mother is a diabetic and bp patient both. Recently, previous month she had serious stomach infection . she wasn't able to eat anything due to that. after heavy medication, she recovered. but from that time, her sugar and bp levels always come out low.

Alhamdulillah now she is ok (from stomach side) but cannot eat too much in one go, eats in small amounts in portions.

But, we are worried about her bp and sugar levels that are coming low constantly.

should she leave her bp and diabetes medications?
