Actually I don’t eat any thing yesterday night and In morning I only took tuc biscuit half roll with tea and then I took my multivitamins sea cal and cobalmin along with panadol extra as I feel tiredness due to some work load and from morning I feel low at 3 pm I feel gabrahat too much ka Mai Abhi got jaungi ya kuch ho jai ga mujha I drink some juice and I feel fine Alhamdullilah I’m a breastfeeding mother too PAST HISTORY I’m also suffer from postpartum depression but from one month Alhamdullilah I’m fine (My question is this is because of panadol extra as I took it very first time because normal panadol is not available thnx)
Hi . where are you located ? what's your fresh hemoglobin . it has,nothing to do with Panadol. your intake was zero and you were feeding . its obviously not good
probably you are having hyperacidity with associated physical exhaustion & stress .Kindly visit any family/ General physician for detailed history,examination and investigations if required for proper diagnosis and further management.

Get your fresh cbc , urine RE . And then take good diet to be well . Juices . Mutton . Soups . Sojii ki kheer . Dont worry about figure . You will be slim lateron . U are feeding your baby . Its important

yes you can or else u can takr Alp if you're having sleeping problem

are you on dieting or fasting ? Try to take more fluids and juices. you must be dehydrated.

dehydration and hypoglycemia can lrad tp these symptoms, eat healthy food and don't forget to take more fluids as it's already hot now a days and especially in Karachi, you know the weather! i hope you will takr care of yourself next time

yes i would say you should take calsan D as well for vit:D sea cal is for calcium and i would also suggest to take surbex z which contains most of the vitamins.
