Hb is low and fever is due to infection . for detail evaluation and treatment kindly take my appointment

His Hb is low.His ALT(SGPT)is elevated.
There is still some ongoing inflammation in the liver..
Please get Hepatitis profile for hepatitis A,,D, and E.
Also HBsAg and Anti HCV should be done by Elisa and not immunochromatography method.
Elisa method is more reliable though it will cost a bit more.
Also get an abdominal ultrasound of liver,gall bladder, spleen.
Is he taking any medicines or had recent dengue.?
