n u can take fer fer grow satch that contains iron but in water use hotay hen taste bhe acha Hy n iron deficient ko bhe pora kerty hen

Doctors on this forum are also sitting here to earn a livelihood who are the least paid professionals of Pakistan although they spent their whole life in studying.
If you can't afford then go to sites which offer free service with out any charges like marham itself has free app also and others like meri sehat etc. or you can mention here as well that you can't afford and need free advise. It is not a nice practice that you people spend thousands on junk food etc but hesitate in giving even nominal fees to the doctor who is also to earn a living as well.
