Talk to General Physician on Low Heart Rate To 40 When Resting
Asking For Self, Male, 38 Years old, Islamabad
I am not an athlete or physically active. Since last few days my resting heart beat is below 50. I used apple watch to track my heart beat and during sleep it went to even 40-45 during sleep time. Can you tell me if this is normal? My ECG is normal. Is this a sign of blood clotting?

low heart rate has many causes , during sleep BMR (basic metabolic rate falls down) due to which your heart rate goes down , now when u are awake , do u feel diziness, syncope?
first go for your TFTs if its normal then let me know if its not normal still let me know
