Talk to General Physician on Low Sugar Level, Hypoglycemia Issue

My sister last year faced swear issue of suddenly low sugar level, unconsciousness, jaws,teeth gripping and feelings heart side ,chest pain, doctors checked her and said some stress issues, and weakness. after some weeks she was recovered .but now after 1 year she is facing this issue again, on daily basis she feels sudden hunger,weakness and then when we check her sugar level its always below then 100, mostly 70 to 80 mg/Dl. after meal, sweeten things eat. what can i do for her permanent treatment? her last year medical reports are attached.

Salam, does she she hav any other issues , is she a home maker or working women, married unmarried, if married how many kids , does she hav any history of depression, stress or anxiety? Her weight eating habits , routine lifestyle i’ll need all these answers and may ne more to properly diagnose her first thn i’ll be abl to help her treat her and teach her how to manage her condition

w.slam Sir she is single (separated).no kids,
not using any medication, but randomly she use panadol tablets due to headache,
yes we family members noticed she is in internal stress.
we monitor her sugar level on daily basis, mostly 100mg/dl.
we enhanced her diet plan, trying to make her happy, but we are still confused why she is facing this issue.

70 to 80 is not that low and will not result in hypoglycemic symptoms and the symptoms you mentioned are not those of hypoglycemia except for unconciousness but that will occur at a severely low sugar level which i do not think is the case with your sister.
