Talk to General Physician on Low Testosterone

Assalam o allaikum.

My younger brother is fitness freak and he used to take steroid for muscle mass in past around 6 months back without PCT.

Now he has been workingout without intake of any substances. But still his TESTOSTERONE level is not maintaining as normal . It has dropped down to 5.36 nmol/L which is below the border line. .......... Please advise these below medications are fair enough for TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT ?

* HGH 1 IU * HCG 250 IU * GONADIL-F * Nolvadex
