Talk to General Physician on Lower Abdomen Hardness

i want to know how should lower abdomen of a femals who is never married feel like? i have noticed that right side of my lower abdomen feels hard like a stone when i press it whereas left side feels soft like it has nothing inside it. is it normal or should i consult someone? also sometimes i face constipation but hardness remains even when i am not constipated. i have observed it recently.

i don't know kab se he me ne about one month pehle notice kia hay. pain or discharge nahi he periods b normal hen date le hoty hen. right kidney wali side me light sa pain jata hay wave ki form me. or abdomen ki right sode me kabhi pain hota hy waves ki tarah and i feel full even khana na khaya ho tb b pait phola hua lagta hay
