My mother is suffering from lower back pain from last 3 days... She is having pains while moving, laying, and walking.. We gave her pain killers and also use wintogin but it didn't effect her. Kindly suggest in this regard

Do MRI lumbosacral spine and Take following medicine . And follow up in OPD. Tab Proxen 500 mg 1+0+1 after meal. Tab Dologab 75 mg 0+0+1 HS in night . Cap Nexum 1+0+0 before breakfast. For two weeks .
