Sir lower back pain thek hogaya hy lakin sir k front par buhat pain shoro hogaya hy jab b mai khara hota hu ya Beth jata hu to buhat dard hota hy asa lagta hy k mai abi gir jao ga dard k lia tonoflex p use kar raha hu is sa aram ay jata hy ..
