I am having lower back pain, which goes down to my right leg and foot, and also my neck right side pain which goes to my right arm. What could be the solution, and what reports i need to be checked. My work life is disturbed.i am unable to sit for a long period of time. And any good physiotherapist in gujranwala or wazirabad. And how much my recovery chances are?
