Talk to General Physician on Lumbar Spine Pain

I have been suffering from cervical muscular spasm since 2019 December which was diagnosed through X-Ray after i was injured from an accident. After some time pain was penetrating from cervical to my lumbar spine causing numbness in my left hand and fingers were senceless..I consulted to some orthopedic physicians/surgeons they gave me some medicines and suggested some phisio therapy. One day I was attending the therapy session normally and then when I went outside I felt some pain in my neck back side and after that I didn't remember where was my home yes I lost completely. I just managed to find out where was my home. This incident effects my memory and I didn't remember most of my life activities incidents of past. Recently I consulted to a Neuro physician he suggested MRI of lumbar and cervical spine. In MRI it was highlighted that I am suffering with a lumbar lordosis and disc dehydration at L5-S1.
