What impact would a drug have on type II alveolar lung cells if the drug is an inhibitor of NMDA receptors, specifically of GluN1 and GluN2B subunits. Additionally, inhibits GIRK channels, and interacts with alpha1 adrenergic, serotonin, and sigma receptors?
