Blood tests(immunofixation/ electrophoresis) was done, on the basis of which Inguinal lymph node biopsy, submandibular biopsy,& bone marrow biopsy was done, all biopsies are clear. Can someone guide me how to proceed further ( treatmnt/ no treatment) and any Hosp that can reevaluate the biopsy blocks (2nd opinion). Please help

what was the result of plasma protein electrophoresis?
Was it a needle or Fine needle aspiration biopsy or a proper open biopsy.
Sometimes needle biopsies can miss a lesion but there has to be some cause of generalised lymphadenopathy.
Please consult a haematologist oncologist.

Sometimes systemic viral Infections like infectious mononucleosis, or infections like tuberculosis Autoimmune disorders like histiocytosis can cause such a and Immune deficiency States can also cause gen lymphadenopathy.
If nothing else turns up on biopsies, also get opinion from an infectious disease consultant.
