I feel i have male hypogonadism bcoz i have no facial hairs , decreased muscle mass , very slight development of chest tissue
Can you please recommend any medicine for this ? And please recommend expert doctors as well .

Aoa you need a thorough examination and investigations to reach a diagnosis and treatment then treatment from a competent physician
You should go to endocrinologist or competent physician locally. And do sex hormone profile n semen analysis
I can recommend doctors in Lahore but I apologize not knowing the right people in Karachi. You do need an endocrinologist, a physical exam, preferably by a urologist with special interest in male sex disorders and blood tests for several hormones that tell whether your organs responsible for sexual characteristics working properly.
