Please can you help. I am so addicted every day I say I won't do this but I keep doing it. I am so ashamed of myself and worried. I been doing this for so many years and I try stopping so many times some days I won't but then I can't help myself.. I am so worried I am getting married in soon and I am so Stressed I have low erections and I think I have ED and PE. And also low sperm count. I am so stressed and worried but I keep doing hand practice every day.
