Talk to General Physician on Medical Assistance

Assalam o alikum, i hope you are doing fine. I need some assistance. My father in law has been feeling extreme fatigue, fever, chronic cough since last 10 days. He also had loose bowl movement for 3 4 days. He consulted nearby physician who suggested medicine for cough and diarrhea. As of now, he is not able to continue routine tasks. He has turned weakest . He also starts shivering occasionally. He has bee taking sitamet50/500 twice a day, extor 5/150, nexum 40, surbex z and Lexotonil once a day. We were advised to conduct his HBa1c and CBC. reports are sent to you. I meed advice what should be next step. He cant visit you as of now due to weakness
