First of all I'd like to thank Marham Team (both doctors and others) for the wonderful service these people are doing. You're nothing less than heroes.
I'm about to get married soon. I want to ask what tests should I get done so that I know I'm medically fit? Also, sometimes after urine, a white/cloudy discharge comes, can it be a disease or sexual disorder? I'm a bit worried.

You need to do complete Premarital screening u shud do CBC Sickle cell screening hemoglobin electrophoresis Hep B Hep C markers also ask ur husband to do same.Urinalysis with Culture and sensitivity - see what comes out of it later you could do a vaginal swab because of the discharge. Remember these are all screening tests.
please go for routine blood tests including Hcv,Hbs,Hiv and urine examination and consultation.

Walaykum assalaam thanks for ur feelings - for premarital screening u need to do CBC sickle cell screen G6PD screen Hemoglobin electrophoresis Hep b profile Hep c markers HIV - just do a Urinalysis with culture and sensitivity - if u really worried u can do a swab of the discharge. This is all I can say without examine you regards
