1.. take 6 glases of water a day
2.. use fresh greeny vegetables
3.. avoid red meat
4.. if still constipation use tab lexabaron sirf rat main one tablet
Take Luzy(Kamal) tablet.One tablet to be chewed once a day
increase your fiber intake guava apples daily 8glass water
Take penalty of water and walk daily in morning and night.
Avoid rice oily and junks food etc
