A doctor prescribed me a medicine of some brand which is very costly but the same doctor prescribed someone else the same medicine but of different brand which is a bit less costly.I'm just curious that is there a specific medical reason , why doctors do this or is it just random practice? NO OFFENSE TO ANY DOCTOR BY ANY MEAN. I just thought this might be the best forum to ask doctors about this. Thank you Marham and the doctors.
Daikhain.. Har dr ka apna experience hota hai.....uss dr ko jo suitable lagta hai.. Wo Advise kar daita hai.. No need to worry
Don't worry..let me explain few points.
A doctor always prescribe treatment keeping in mind the socioeconomic status/financial condition of patient..ab brand choice hr doctor ki apni hoti hy jis pr doctor ko trust ho,or keemat b munaseb ho.kisi b brand pr trust us k regular use krny or patient k positive feed back se develop hota Hy..is k elawa market me kuch leading brands hoty Hy Jo k us company ki research products hoti hy.jin ko company kis research k baad launch krti hy,esy brands hamesha sb se mehngy hty Hy..I hope you understand.
It s just a random practice. Every company has its own different cost.
I think you have insisted to prescribe you multinational company medicine or you have asked for sab say achi medicine for you,so doctor wrote you good brand
