a doctor has prescribed me taking glucophage 1gm thrice a day and orlifit 500mg thrice a day. my weight is 60kg. height is 5'3". i am getting married in 2 months. are these medications safe to use? do they hold any side effects?

You can loose your weight with diet and some lifestyle modifications. Such medications will only make you loose weight temporarily even it's not guaranteed but for sure some nutrient absorption will be affected.
