Aslamualekum, me last ek week sy GAD and palpitations k issues ki waja sy Inderal, pentoxol m and zadget le ra hu. Inderal doc ne 40 mg likhi thi. Bt mje Inderal and zadget sy bht issues ho rhy. Me ek week sy continuously inderal 10 mg subha and 10mg shaam ko khata hu. Sari rat nend disturb rehti he. Ghbrahat b hoti he. Sans ajeeb lgta he. And jb me ne zanget khae first time to bht ajeeb khyal aty rhy bechaini rhe. Koi please mje btae me kya krun? Nend bht disturb he. Din me nend ati . Plz help
