Talk to General Physician on Memory Loss And Sleep Issues
Asking For Self, Male, 19 Years old, Islamabad
For the past 2 have been facing memory loss and sleep issues which have now became extreme.i sleep in intervals and have no focus and forget everything and have a constant light headache on the sides of my head.
kindly mention duration .
and for how long you're suffering from headache ? is it associated with vomiting/ nausea ?
Take tab alp 0.5 in and sleep well you are having headache because of sleep disturbance

No vomiting or nausea.the headaches are light and have been occuring on and off for the last 2 year and last from the start of the day till the end.other symtoms are memory weakness,fatigue,confusion and distrupted and insufficient sleep

I have suffered from anemia before and took a blood cp again but the hb level was fine around 14.i have also take neuromat but no effect on memory

No i dont take any sleep medication though i do take neuromat iron tabs magnesium on and off

Take One tab. SurbexZ daily for 1 month
Take tab. Alp 0.5 mg half hour before sleep at night for 10 days then start taking 0.25 mg Alp for next 10 days
Seek proper consultation from psychiatrist
