My psychiatrist recommend me meds for 2 years and I am facing side effects of it

Flooxitine 40 mg & mirtazapine 15mg half it's a year taking these already now I m suffering hair loss and my hairs start getting grey my hand and feets are numb

1) ye ap kisi specialist ki advice pe use krrhy?
2) depression ki wja brain k ilawa b bht c hain e.g. vit.B ki deficiency?
3) medicines ki doses n proper followup plus CBT is mandatory with treatment.

Yes doc my psychiatrist gave me my depression is much better but I am having adverse side effects like excess sweat, low confidence, low memory, hair loss & memory loss I have done 5 to 6 Session but he is telling to continue meds only he is not treating side effects guide or refer me further

pani ka istemal brhaen, multivitamin add krain, agr diabetic nhi hain tu koi metha add krain routine mae jese chocolate ya candy 1 2 dfa din mae. sideeffects ko treat krny ka am tor pe pattern ye hota hai k ap k symptom sahi hony k baad aista aista mdcn dose kam kr k khtm krty. yakdam roki nhi jaskti q k basic msla kae guna barh jata phr.. n bech mae mdcn aik se dosri pe swtich b nhi krskty. is leay filhal msla resolve hony tk apko medicine tu leni pry gi. sath mae exercise shuru krain n early morning jogging ya walk after fajr n early sleep till 9 to 10pm at night .. pani 3 to 4litr rozana fruits ka mid meal use, khali pait medicine ka na lena ye sab apko help krskta hai

alligned I will not tapper down meds with out my psychiatrist. I have start walk already on recovery of med but much worried about side effects. Getting sleep paralysis as well but don't know what to do my psychiatrist just keep saying to continue my meds
