Talk to General Physician on Migraine & Body Pain

Assalam o Alaikum dear doctors,

I am having sever headache since yesterday morning. Before it started, all of a sudden I was unable to see things clearly, like, some part of objects were black. When I looked in the mirror I was seeing only one of my eye... After that all my body parts got sleepy, and sever headache started. Sometimes in half head sometimes in full. I kept taking panadol and disprin etc, (along with ajwain as I did not know if it was bcz of stomach or what. Apparently my stomach is okay.). I spent both these days while sleeping, would wake up for a while and sleep again. Headache gets even severe when I lower my head or lay down in bed. (P. S: I always have migraine when I am on my period.. It usually last for 2 to 3 days. But now I am not on period.) Can any doctor plz suggest what could be the reason of it. Plz... Thank you!
