Atrophic changes at Age 30 warrants proper consultation, i have rarely seen someone in this age group, atrophic changes means Loss of brain volume which i usually see in my gariatric patients (older people) here in ireland, most patients presents with Memory,balance issues or rarely headache could be multiple causes , at least i would need proper history to begin with. regards Dr Naeem Specialist Registrar In medicine Dublin Ireland
